I love any baby news, so when I heard that the Duchess of Cambridge was in labour, I was pretty excited. Congratulations to the new family on the birth of a Prince!
I imagine their time at St. Mary’s hospital was very different to mine. Roman and I spent 2 nights there when he had to go on IV antibiotics for possible meningitis at 8 weeks old. Everything was fine in the end, and we were very glad to get home again.
Ted is now wondering what life would be like if he was a Prince… Corgis to play with, lots of rooms to play hide and seek in, a hilariously inappropriate Great Grandfather.
But no big brother… Oh well, time for a royal nap.
We wish Kate, Wills and the baby Prince all the best! Enjoy your time together. No rush on pictures, these will do for now.

Ted looks very royal! Perhaps a namesake for the future King? Prince Ted? Mwah

Brilliant post and loved the photos. William and Kate will be very lucky if he’s half as cute as Ted. We’re favouring Kevin for the as yet unnamed Prince!

Ted looks so adorable, I hope he’s been wearing the crown everywhere he goes. It does make me think of Max in ‘Where the Wild Things Are’, especially as he’s wearing white. The name was announced earlier – it is George.
